Crafted in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture, this limited edition colored hook washi paper by Yamaden Seishi features a unique technique. Glossy fibers are hooked and layered on a washi base to create a beautiful, hologram-like pattern with a three-dimensional effect.

Made from 100% recycled washi paper re-spun from factory stock, it is dyed dark blue to ensure even coloring. Dark-colored hook washi paper is rare and hard to find. For best results, use white, silver, or gold pigment inks or gel pens.
