This is a bottle of high-density pigment ink for technical drawing pens with a refillable ink reservoir, like the Rotring Isograph. It is fast-drying, waterproof, and provides excellent line sharpness. It can be used on a variety of surfaces including lineboard, tracing paper, or vellum.

The ink is not for use on skin, and is not suitable for tattoo usage.
