Fluidwatercolor blocks offer serious performance at a surprisingly low price. The paper is made in small batches, at slow speeds, at a European mill dating to the 17th century. This manufacturing process results in a sheetthat shares much of the working integrity of more expensive mould-made papers. The hot press paper has a smooth surface, suitable for watercolor illustration, pen drawing, and crisp-edged shapes.
