Acrylic Project Blank – Electric Lime

Many woodturners consider these acrylic project blanks to be the best you can use due to their crisp vibrant colors, unique patterns and ease of turning.

The fun, eye-popping colored acrylics are excellent for ice cream scoops, pizza cutters, bottle openers, duck calls, bottle stoppers and much more. Not only do they look amazing, but they drill, turn and finish easily.

As with most resins and plastics, we recommend using a scraping tool such as the Easy Pen Turner or a negative rake scraper when turning for a smooth, non-aggressive cut that will produce optimum results. Then sand the blanks to 600 grit, and then wet-sand them using Micro-Mesh to achieve a high gloss mirrored polish. Blanks measure approx 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″x 6″.
