The Sailor craftsmen specialise in writing performance using inherited traditional skills and for the Sailor 1911 Large Specialty Nib Collection they have been working on special nibs.This truly unique 1911 is fitted with a Cross Concord nib.A double nib design with a specially angled tip which when used normally gives a narrow line and when reversed (inverted) gives a superior broad stroke with excellent ink flow. This is a very creative nib. The tipping allows for a variable line width, a thin line can be written by holding the pen upright. A thicker line, by holding the pen at an angle.
