TheLamy 2000 has been in production since 1966 and has remained a timeless classic and flagship of the Germany company. It is made of “Makrolon” (black fiberglass) and brushed stainless steel and features a14kt gold nib in platinum coating and utilizes a piston-filling system for filling ink from a bottle.

The Lamy 2000 remains one of our favorite pens at Lemur Ink, and represents what we believe is a “must have” for every fountain pen enthusiast. It makes for a great daily driver fountain pen.
